STEP 1: Planning
We meet with you, maybe several times to discuss what you want in a custom home and its location. From these meetings, we develop a solid plan of what it will take to accomplish your goals for the project.

STEP 2: Architectural Design
It is an important step in the process that we know what you are building before we can determine if the location is suitable. We have some of the best architects in Orange County at our beckon and call to provide a design that is not only aesthetically comfortable for you but also solid construction.

STEP 3: Land Acquisition
Once we have a plan that covers the goals of the project it is time to decide where you will build your new custom home. Working with you directly to match available land that meets your needs is the next step. It is important for most that there is quick access to schools, shopping, medical care, and more. But it is just as important that the land is large enough and has the right attributes to support your custom home design requirements.

STEP 4: Property Analysis
We review the land to be sure it is suitable. We have the soil tested for contamination. We back check the local ordinances, easements, and government requirements to be sure none will interfere with your construction or future residence. We research the history of the proposed lot for any flooding, earthquakes, and other naturally related problems.

STEP 5: Legal Applications
All of the documents required for building permits and other we file with the local governments for you.

STEP 6: The Construction Management

From before the start of the project, we are there for you in the planning stages. Once the project construction begins our team of experts supervises every aspect of the construction so you do not have to.

STEP 7: Finalizing Details
After the project is complete we bring in an inspector that checks everything. This includes plumbing, electrical, building construction, fire hazards, and much more. Every detail inside and out is inspected at completion for the highest standards. Once the physical structure has passed our rigorous check it is time to finalize the legal part. We close out all the contracts, invoices, city documents, releases, manuals, and provide warranties. We make the new home building process easy for you.

STEP 8: Ongoing Support

This is the most important step of all. So many home builders complete the project and you never hear from them. We give you the choice. If you prefer to never hear from us again we will honor your privacy. But we are here for you to help manage future maintenance requirements, property support services, and even legal advice.
